Lovcen Life Insurance and NLB Montenegrobanka have launched a joint service according to which savings insurance contracts issued by Lovcen may be used as a collateral when applying for a loan at NLB Montenegrobanka, mnnews.net reported. In addition, insured clients will be able to obtain loans through a simpler and faster procedure. "In this way, the insurance holders who need certain amount of money do not have to redeem their insurance contracts, since the insurance coverage ends in that case," Mihailovic said, adding that the clients can now keep their insurance contracts while taking cash loans. According to the insurer all terms and conditions on the new service are available from NLB Montenegrobanka.
