Large-scale M&A deals expected in Poland's Business Process Outsourcing market.

Poland's Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector is highly fragmented, especially in the call centres and document storing segments, hence one might expect several large-scale acquisitions in 2010-2012, ArchiDoc, an oursourcing solutions provider, has said in a report. Its CEO Konrad Rochalski stresses that a number of foreign investors is interested in Polish outsourcing companies due to the local market's considerable potential.
