Korean car suppliers Samyang to invest EUR 11mn in Hungary.

Korean car components producer Samyang planned to build a new plant in the Hungarian town of Jaszbereny in the central part of the country, deputy CEO of the investor Chong Yeol Lee announced. Test operations of the new facility are to be launched by December. The plant will produce plastic parts for the car and electronics industry and Korean Samsung is one of the potential key clients. Volume of production of the plant should reach 10,000 tons annually. Total cost of the investment is estimated at EUR 11mn.
