Komercijalna Banka wins Global Finance award Best Bank in Macedonia for 2013.

Large-sized commercial bank Komercijalna Banka announced that it has won the award Best Bank in Macedonia for 2013 by the magazine Global Finance. The Macedonian bank wins the award for a 10th time in a row. The criteria used by the magazine include asset growth, profitability, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing and innovative products. The net profit of Komercijalna Banka dropped by 48.2% to MKD 562.1mn (EUR 9.1mn) in 2012. The lenders total assets increased by 3.3% to MKD 82.78bn at end-2012, while the equity edged up by 0.7% to MKD 9.59bn. Komercijalna Banka Skopje is one of the three Macedonian commercial banks classified by the countrys central bank as large as of end-September. The other two are Stopanska Banka Skopje and NLB Tutunska Banka.
