Kazakhstan wants to borrow USD 1bn to stabilize budget.

Kazakhstan wants to borrow USD 1bn from the World Bank to stabilize budget. The Finance Ministry is currently in talks with the bank, its head Bakhyt Sultanov confirmed. To remind you, Kazakhstan borrowed USD 500mn from Asian Development Bank to cover deficit. In 2010, budget deficit may reach USD 5bn.
