Kazakhstan and South Korea sign agreement worth USD 7bn.

Kazakhstan and South Korea signed 10 agreements on investment projects development worth USD 7bn, Kaznex Invest has informed. According to the statement, the projects are mainly in the chemical sector (the list includes: construction of gas-chemical complex in Atyrau, establishment of R&d centers), electricity sector, machinery and construction sectors. No other details were revealed. Kazakhstan also organized a business forum in Korea which was participated by such companies as POSCO, LG, Woolim Construction, LOTTE, Samsung, Hyundai, SK C&C, Kepco, KOLON.
