Kazakhstan and Germany to develop energy efficiency.

Kazakhstan will cooperate with Germany in development of energy efficiency. The partners plan to develop a number of investment projects on energy efficiency by the end of next year, CEO of the German Energy Agency Stephan Kohler has informed at a presentation of the Kazakh-German center of energy efficiency. In frame of this project, 2 educational laboratories, equipped with German equipment and exhibition of innovative energy technologies will be opened. The center itself will be aimed at promotion of the policies of energy efficiency and energy conservation and it will prepare specialists in energy audit and other proficiency development course. This would help in solving problem of lack of specialists in energy audit. Significantly, development of energy efficiency is in line in Kazakhstan's strategy of becoming among top 30 the most developed countries in the world.
