Japans TS Tech to build EUR 1.3mn car parts plant in Hungary.

Japans TS Tech plans to build a EUR 1.3mn car parts plant in Hungary, MTI news agency reported citing a statement by Japans Embassy in Hungary. TS Tech will set up a local unit TS Tech Hungary that will have a capital of EUR 3mn. The plans, which will be located in Szazhalombatta, near Budapest, is expected to launch production of car seats for Volkswagen in 2015. The facility will be built on a 1,800-square metre land plot and wil have 50 employees. Another Japanese company, Toyo Seat, has already opened a car seats plant in Szazhalombatta. Toyo Seat supplies car maker Suzuki.
