Intesa Bank Serbia signs loans contracts with Fiat suppliers.

Intesa Bank Serbia, with the support of its parent group Italian Banca Intesa, has signed loan contracts Italian companies Sigit and HT & L Fitting, key suppliers of carmaker Fiat, the bank said in a statement. Intesa Bank Serbia will extend EUR 6.5mn to Sigit to set up a plant in Serbia to produce plastic parts for Fiat cars. HT & L Fitting will receive financing to build a tyre and accessories plant in Kragujevac and to procure equipment worth a total EUR 2.6mn. Both loan contracts have a repayment period of 10 years.
