IMF Mission to visit Ukraine on December 7-17.

The IMF mission will visit Ukraine on Dec 7-17, the IMFs Resident Representative in Ukraine, said. The mission headed by Christopher Jarvis is to arrive in Ukraine at the invitation of the Ukrainian leaders to start the talks on a new stand-by agreement. The IMF representative office in Ukraine has not disclosed any other details. The last time the IMF mission visited Ukraine was on October 26. The mission discussed the authorities' financial sector reform program, including ongoing efforts to facilitate non-performing loans resolution, strengthen conditions for bank lending, and reform priorities for 2013.
