IFC to invest KES USD 7mn in East Africa

The International Finance Corporation will be investing USD 7mn inEast Africa through the Fanisi Venture Capital Fund which will focus onproviding funding for start-ups and small and medium size enterprises in Kenya, Rwanda,Uganda and Tanzania. The fund will also besetting up support facilities to help small business overcome problems both pre-and post-investment.
