South Korea's car maker Hyundai expects to assemble 300,000 cars at its Czech plant in Nosovice in 2013, which will be by some 1% lower on the year, CTK news agency reported citing the plant's spokesman Petr Vanek. In 2012 Hyundai produced 303,035 cars at the plant, overshooting the full-year target by 1%. Hyundai Motor Manufacturing Czech (HMMC) assembles Hyundai i30, Hyundai ix35 and Hyundai ix20 at its plant in Nosovice, where it employs some 3,500 people. The company ranked as the second largest Czech car producer after Skoda in January to November 2012 and was the only one of the country's four car assembling companies to register an annual growth in production.
