By bne IntelliNews August 16, 2011
Hungary's oil and gas company MOL is reportedly lowering the wholesale prices of gas and diesel by HUF 5 per litre each on August 17, MTI news agency reported, quoting industry insiders. The decrease is caused by the lower fuel prices on the international markets. As a result of the change, the retail prices are expected to reach around HUF 379 (EUR 1.385) per litre of gas and HUF 366 per litre of diesel. MOL last changed fuel prices a week ago, lowering that of gas by HUF 4 per litre and that of diesel by HUF 2 per litre.
