Hungary's Futureal opens EUR 70mn shopping centre in Romania.

Hungarian property developer Futureal inaugurated a EUR 70mn shopping centre in Baia Mare, northwestern Romania, news agency MTI reported. The mall has a retail space of 30,000 sqm and about 100 stores. Colliers International has already leased 80% of the area. The project, which was financed by MKB Bank, took two years to complete. Futureal plans to open also a EUR 16mn residential complex in Bucharest on Nov 9.
