Representatives of German fashion company Hugo Boss will visit Serbian apparel maker Prvi Maj in the second half of January to discuss partnership opportunities, emportal.rs reported, quoting Pirot municipal council chairman, Vladan Vasic. Last year, the privatisation agency has terminated the sell-off contract of Prvi Maj, after the buyer failed to invest the agreed EUR 1mn. The company was bought by a Belgrade-based consortium of Irva Investicije and retailer Jabuka back in 2007. Prvi Maj posted an RSD 118.5mn loss in 2009.
