HPB, Croatia Osiguranje are main investors in H1 Telekoms commercial bills.

The state-owned Hrvatska postanska banka (HPB) and the insurance company Croatia Osiguranje were the main investors in the commercial bills of the fixed-line operator H1 Telekom. The issue was for HRK 59.41mn, of which 87.32% were acquired by the HPB. Croatia Osiguranje enrolled 11.28%, while 1.4% were record on the custody account in the SG-Splitska Bank. The issue will expire on September 6, 2010. HPB and Croatia Osiguranje also are investors in two issues of the T1 Telekom commercial papers, which expire this year in March and in May. The first issue of commercial papers is for the amount of EUR 7.72mn, while the second one for EUR 3.38mn.
