Greeces Alpha Bank hikes capital of Macedonian subsidiary by EUR 6mn.

Alpha Bank is increasing the capital of its wholly-owned Macedonian subsidiary Alpha Bank Skopje by EUR 6mn, Sitel TV station reported. Alpha Bank Skopje is one of the medium-sized lenders in Macedonia. The local bank will raise MKD 369mn (EUR 6mn) through issuing 3,075 ordinary shares via a private offer to its parent. Currently, the local lenders share capital consists of 4,668 ordinary shares. The capital injection is intended to boost the capital adequacy of the Macedonian bank.
