Global Finance names Komercijalna Banka best bank in Macedonia for 2011.

Commercial bank Komercijalna Banka announced that Global Finance magazine has named it Best Bank in Macedonia for 2011. This is the eighth consecutive award for the local lender by the magazine. The selection criteria include asset growth, profitability, strategic relationships, customer service, competitive pricing and innovative products. Last year, the net profit of Komercijalna Banka has increased by 33.2% to MKD 1.43bn (EUR 23.3mn). At end-2010, the lender's total assets stood at MKD 70.83bn (up by 16.7%), while the equity amounted to MKD 8.01bn (up by 15.1%).
