French voucher issuer Edenred buys Romanian peer Euroticket for EUR 5.5mn.

French meal and gift voucher issuer Edenred (formerly Accor Services) took over Romanian peer Euroticket for EUR 5.5mn, the buyer said in a statement on its website. The price is subject to adjustment according to the 2011 earnings of the target company. Euroticket occupies a 5% market share on the local voucher market. Edenred said it now has a market presence of almost 40%.
