Freedom House lowers Ukraine to partially free state category.

The Freedom House Organization has lowered the countrys level of democracy from the "free" to "partially free" state category. According to the rating, Ukraine is among the top 25 states in which a fall in the level of democracy is being observed. According to the Boston Globe Newspaper, the Middle East and North Africa still remain regions with low levels of freedom, while Ukraine and Mexico dropped from the "free" to the "partly free" category.
