Eurostandard banka to raise stake in Macedonian bourse by 7.74%.

Macedonias securities commission announced that it has allowed local small-sized commercial bank Eurostandard banka to buy additional voting shares of the Macedonian Stock Exchange (MSE). Eurostandard banka will buy new 216 ordinary shares, corresponding to 7.74% of MSEs ordinary shares. The purchase will boost the combined stake held by the lender and the related entities Postenska banka and Postel Broker to 14.38% of MSEs ordinary voting shares.
