EU enlargement commissioner Stefan Fule said yesterday (Feb 27) via his twitter account that Turkey was one step closer to open new accession talks. Member states agreed what the Turkish government needs to do on the negotiating chapter 22, titled regional policy and coordination of structural instruments.
