Estonian PM visits Kazakhstan seeking cooperation opportunities.

Estonian PM Andrus Ansip visited Kazakhstan on the occasion of Kazakh-Estonian business forum, looking for cooperation opportunities. The PM offered Kazakhstan Estonia-produced vessels which run on liquefied natural gas instead of diesel fuel. On the other hand, Kazakh PM Karim Masimov invited Estonian companies to participate in creation of green economy in Kazakhstan and to contribute to energy savings projects. Masimov also praised cooperation of the 2 countries in the sphere of transport, the use of the port of Tallinn and air transport. There are 54 Kazakh-Estonian enterprises operating in the fields of trade, finance and a construction in Kazakhstan. Significantly, Kazakhstan and Estonia are parts of Northern Distribution Network established by the ISAF forces for withdrawal of military forces from Afghanistan. Thus, transportation it the main field of cooperation between the countries.
