Law firm Sorainen has received an award at the International Financial Law Review (IFLR) awards, as the Baltic Law Firm of the Year. Aku Sorainen, senior partner at the company said that IFLR is the oscar type of award for law firms, and that the companys strategy to create truly integrated regional law firm paid off, as the company receives the title second year running. In 2009 the company participated in Barclays bank investment deal in Lithuania, and Parex banks restructurization deal with EBRD. The company has been established in 1995 and has offices in the Baltic States and Belarus.
