SEB Estonia has resolved to compensate losses of its clients incurred because of late information disclosure regarding material event of one of the corporate bonds placement. SEB Estonia will compensate losses totalling to EUR 11.3mn. The company had not disclosed information on material event of the sale of assets by TR Majad, a company that has placed its corporate bond issue underwritten by SEB Estonia. Annika Falkengren, CEO and President of SEB , said that the company strives for the highest standards, therefore any faults or mistakes have to be compensated to the fullest to the banks clients.
