EE: Prisma revenues in Estonia up by 20% y/y in 2012.

Estonian subsidiary of Prisma recorded revenues of EUR 178mn in 2012, up by 20% y/y, the company announced. The company recorded net profit of EUR 2.7mn in 2012. CEO of Prisma chain Janne Lihavainen said that the results are good given tough competitive environment in Estonian retail sector. Lihavainen said that the company plans to increase its market share. The company employs 1,200 people in Tallinn, Tartu, Narva. Prisma is owned by Nordic retail chain SOK.
