EE: Martinson Trigon sells Hostex to Lithuanian TEO.

Estonian investment company Martinson Trigon announced that it has sold a hosting company Hostex to Lithuanian telecom company's TEO subsidiary Baltic Data Centre. The deal of the value remains undisclosed. Hostex has been founded in 1995 and has 20 employees. Hostex is one of the biggest data centres and hosting services providers in Lithuania. Martinson Trigon bought Hostex in 2006, which was former Microling Lietuva. Martinson Trigon other portfolio companies are in Russia, Finland, Ukraine, and all are involved in IT sector.
