Estonia is leading among the three other Baltic States on the investment market of commercial real estate, Latvian daily Telegraf writes citing the study performed by consulting company Newsec. Estonia in the past two years registered the largest deals and transactions on the commercial estate markets, while in Latvia activity remains the lowest due to commercial risks still being high. Newsec estimates the volume of the investment deals in the Baltics in this segment at EUR 135mn in H1/11, believing that by the end of the year it could reach EUR 250mn.
