Czech Photon Energy to enter solar power market in Slovakia.

Czech Photon Energy is interested in entering the Slovak market for solar power generation, company representative Peter Novotny announced. He indicated that the investor plans to gain a foothold on the market both through acquisitions and through construction of new solar plants. Photon Energy intends to acquire several peers by mid-2010, but Novotny refused to provide further details at this stage, including the envisaged volume of investments. The company shares are traded on the New Connect alternative market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
