Croatias Tehnika signs EUR 3.5mn construction deal with local company.

Croatian construction company Tehnika said it has signed a HRK 26.5mn (EUR 3.5mn) deal with local renting and real estate firm TransEuropean Properties IV Supermarket 2. The contract concerns an extension of a supermarket and the construction of a car wash facility in Makarska, a town located southeast of Split, Tehnika said in a filing with the Zagreb bourse. It has to complete the job by end-June.
