Croatias Tehnika inks HRK 53.2mn construction deal with Zagreb-Montaza.

Croatian construction company Tehnika signed a HRK 53.2mn (EUR 7.2mn) contract with local company Zagreb-Montaza for the construction of an office and residential building in Zagreb, the builder said in a statement on its website. The price does not include VAT. The deal envisages the constriction of 63 housing units with commercial spaces on the ground floors. The floor space stands at 16,471 square meters. The construction works are expected to take 420 calendar days.
