Croatias Auto Hrvatska mulls EUR 2.7/share dividend for 2011.

Croatias motor vehicle company Auto Hrvatska plans to pay a dividend of HRK 20 (EUR 2.7) per share for 2011, the company said in a filling to the Zagreb burse. The company has already made an advance dividend payment of HRK 15 per share. It will pay the difference of HRK 5 per share, allocating a total of HRK 2.28mn from its retained profit from earlier years. The dividend will be distributed to all shareholders, who are registered as shareholders at the Central and Clearing Depository Company as of May 4, 2012. The dividends will be paid out by May 31, 2012. Auto Hrvatska also said it will allocate its complete HRK 29.4mn profit posted in 2011 to retained profit.
