Croatian Auctor offers EUR 3.7 per share in Slavonski ZIF takeover bid.

Croatian investment company Auctor has launched a buyout bid for the outstanding equity in closed-end investment fund Slavonski ZIF offering HRK 27 (EUR 3.7) per share, after getting a regulatory nod from the financial watchdog, the target company said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. Auctor is co-operating with local company Laguna Novigrad in the process with the two companies holding a combined 1,616,377 shares or 48.3% of Slavonski ZIF.
