Plastic products manufacturer AD Plastik tendered an offer to acquire the assets of bankrupt French company Sealynx Automotive, the potential buyer said in a filing to the Zagreb bourse. The bankruptcy procedure against the French firm was initiated by a Nanterre court in late 2010. Through this acquisition, AD Plastik will also take over Romanian Sealynx Automotive. AD Plastic is interested in taking over Sealynx Automotive's land, buildings, and equipment, as well as the intangible assets, financial assets and inventories. AD Plastik plans to set up a new company in France and re-hire some of its staff.
