Croatia's tourism industry generates 4.2% higher Jan-May revenue.

Croatias tourism industry generated HRK 6.1bn (EUR 811mn) revenue in January-May, up 4.2% on the year, the tourism ministry said in a statement. Jan-May revenues of hotels and similar facilities amounted to HRK 2.3bn, up 10% on the year, while camps posted HRK 54mn revenue, up 14% on the year. Tour operators recorded an annual increase of 24% in revenues, which rose to HRK 122.7mn over the period.
