Croatia issues 10-year USD-denominated bonds.

The finance ministry issued 10-year USD-denominated bonds, web portal bankamagazine.hr informed. It issue managers are Citi, JP Morgan and Barclays. According to the preliminary information, the country expects that the yield on the issue will be about 6.75%. The amount of the issue was not announced, but it was estimated to be from USD 500mn to USD 1bn. The proceeds will probably be used for covering the planned budget deficit in 2010.
