Croatia asks Austria to extradite former PM Sanader.

Croatia requested the extradition of former PM Ivo Sanader from Austria, news agency HINA reported. The Croatian justice ministry has provided all necessary documents. Sanader was held in custody in Austria pending extradition in a corruption investigation. The arrest followed the issuing of an arrest warrant by Croatia's prosecution. Sanader left the country several hours before the parliament stripped him of immunity from prosecution.
