Crime rate grows up in Kazakhstan.

The number of registered crimes reached 210,133 in Jan-Sep which is 1.5-fold more than in the same period of previous year, the State Stat Agency has reported. The Prosecutor General Office explained that the increase was a result of a modification of system for registering complaints. Among the reported crimes, number of crimes against person made up 6,970 and again public order - 14.442. Although, explanation from the Prosecutor General is true, still there were some incidents in Kazakhstan observed past months (mysterious killings at the border with China and a robbery of a bus near Chimkent in October in a style from the 90-s) which showed that security system in the country is weakening.
