China Town Romania continues EUR 100mn real estate project.

China Town Romania, controlled by Chinese investors, completed the first stage of the China Town project that includes shopping spaces and involved EUR 41mn of investments, and starts the second stage that will include other retail spaces plus residential areas, schools and kindergartens under a project that would sum up to more than EUR 100mn. The buildings included in the second stage will be ready gradually during 2011-2013. The whole project is developed in the outskirts of Bucharest, at Afumati.
