China provides USD 1.4bn for construction of gas-chemical complex in Kazakhstan.

China provides USD 1.3bn for gas-chemical progress in Kazakhstan. The loan agreement was signed between Export-Import Bank of China and Development Bank of Kazakhstan. The funds will be used to realize the first phase of integrated gas-chemical complex which is realized by Kazakhstan Petrochemical Inc. The credit is being provided in framework of USD 5bn loan agreement signed in 2009.
