China bank mulls funding Serbia's participation in Bulgarian nuke plant.

The Chinese Development Bank (CDB) is interested in financing Serbia's participation in the construction of the Bulgarian nuclear power plant Belene, local media reported, citing CDB vice-president Gao Jian. Following the talks with Jian, energy minister Petar Skundric said the two parties discussed also other forms of cooperation between China and Serbia in the energy sector. According to Jian and Skundric, China is also interested in taking part in some of the domestic infrastructure projects.
