Bulgarian Property Developments buys full stake in Varna Logistics Park.

UK-registered Bulgarian Property Developments has acquired the full stake in Varna Logistics, who runs the Varna Logistics Park, after buying out the 50% interest of its partner, FairPlay Commercial. The price of the deal has not been unveiled. The complex is located in the western part of the industrial zone of the northern Black Sea city of Varna on a total built-up area of more than 120,000 square metres. Varna Logistics Park consists of a business area and storehouses. Bulgarian Property Developments, part of the global investment company Tavistock Group, together with FairPlay, runs another project worth EUR 12.6mn for a logistics park construction in the Danube city of Ruse. The facility will be located on 53,676 sqm in the new industrial zone.
