Bulgarian printing company Billboard seeks EUR 5.5mn loan from the EBRD.

Local printing and publishing company Billboard has applied for EUR 5.5mn financing from the EBRD, the company announced. The loan, which will have at least 8-year maturity, will be used for debt restructuring and deferment, as well as to cover the purchase of additional equipment for the publishing base in Varna. Billboard designs and manufactures advertising and promotional materials. Its stock is traded on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange (ticker: 4BP) since 2007 when the company raised BGN 11mn in an IPO.
