Subscribers for mobile services will be able to cancel their contracts with the telecommunications operator within seven days without having to pay penalties, according to approved amendments to the electronic communications act, Dnevnik daily reported. Clients will also be able to cancel their contracts within 30 days should the operator subsequently apply changes to the general provisions. The amendments envisage up to BGN 60,000 fee for mobile companies, which do not comply with the requirement for number portability. |
