Bulgaria's financial regulator approves Asenova Krepost's cap hike.

The financial supervisor approved the capital increase prospectus of plastic packaging maker Asenova Krepost, BTA news agency reported. The company plans to issue 4.6mn shares with a par value of BGN 1 and an issue price of BGN 2.7 per share. The company's capital currently stands at BGN 356,000. Local investment firm Chimimport Invest bought Asenova Krepost in 2009.
