Bulgaria REIT sells Kambanite Business Centre for EUR 23mn.

Local real estate fund Bulgaria REIT has reached a preliminary agreement to sell Kambanite Business Centre at the price of EUR 23mn, VAT excluded, investor.bg informs. The facility, which was opened in April 2009, occupies 16,266 sqm in the outskirts of the capital city of Sofia. Bulgaria REIT has assessed the facility in its report at BGN 27.991mn (EUR 14.3mn). The deal is expected to be finalised by the end of this year.
