Bulgaria may lower heating price as of July.

Bulgarias state energy commission may decrease the heating price by 5-7% as of July 2012, Angel Semerdzhiev, head of the commission, said, as quoted by Dnevnik daily. Such a price cut would be linked to a drop in the natural gas price, following the 11% discount negotiated for Russian gas supplies earlier this month. The heating price was already raised as of April (by 9.14 in Sofia), due to a cumulative 17.62% natural gas price increase since end-2011, including 4.37% as of Jan 1 and 12.73% as of Apr 1.
