Bosnias state-level budget to post surplus in 2012.

Bosnias central state budget, which includes financing for the state-level institutions and for servicing the countrys foreign debt, will post a surplus in 2012, PM Vjekoslav Bevanda was quoted as saying by news agency Srna. He added that according to the 2013-2015 fiscal framework, the financing for Bosnias state institutions is projected to increase only in 2015 when the economy starts recovering from the crisis. Bosnias state-level parliament and the parliaments of Bosnias two entities the Serb Republic and the Federation adopted in early December their 2013 budgets, clearing the way for the IMF to approve the first review of a EUR 393mn loan deal on December 19 and disburse a second loan tranche of EUR 59mn to the Balkan country.
