Bosnian c-bank foreign reserves down 2.9% m/m at end-April.

The gross foreign reserves managed by Bosnias central bank declined by 2.9% on the month to BAM 5.932bn (EUR 3bn) at the end of April, the bank said in a statement. The gross foreign reserves fell by a monthly 1.1% at the end of March. The drop in April was prompted by a 5.85% monthly decline in the deposits with nonresident banks, which fell to BAM 3.2bn. In annual terms, the gross foreign reserves dropped by 3.3% at end-April after shrinking 0.5% a month earlier. The net foreign reserves moved down 3% on the month and fell 3.2% on the year to BAM 5.931bn at end-April.
