Bosnia's foreign reserves up by 2% m/m at end-August 2011.

The gross foreign reserves managed by the central bank have increased by 2% m/m to BAM 6,265.4mn (EUR 3.2bn) at end-August, after rising by 0.8% m/m at end-July, according to data of the central bank. However, in annual terms the gross foreign reserves have dropped by 1.7% at end-August, reversing a 0.7% increase at end-July. The net foreign reserves have increased by 2% m/m (but have dropped by 1.7% y/y) to BAM 6,263.8mn at end-August. The net free reserves have increased by 5.1% m/m and 2.3% y/y to BAM 502.6mn at end-August.
